Registration for researchED New Zealand will be open from 8:00 am on the day of the conference. Registration will take place in the Long Bay College Gymnasium foyer and courtyard.
On arrival, attendees will be able to collect their conference materials and orient themselves using the site map before the formal programme begins.
A coffee cart will be available near the registration area to support early arrivals.
Arrival timing
While the first formal welcome begins at 9:00 am, attendees are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for registration, movement across the site, and seating ahead of the opening keynote.
Support on arrival
Staff and student helpers will be positioned at registration and key entry points to assist with:
- Directions to session venues
- Accessibility queries
- General questions about the day’s schedule
Clear signage will also be in place to support smooth movement from registration to the Gymnasium and other venues.
